Hippo-YAP信号通路在人膝骨性关节炎中表达的意义

摘    要:目的探讨Hippo-YAP信号通路在膝骨关节炎中的作用及其意义。方法研究对象包括膝骨关节炎患者71例,正常人28例,应用ELISA测定YAP和BLC-2在关节滑液中的表达程度。结果实验组与对照组的滑液中YAP与BCL-2的表达水平作单因素方差分析,结果见表1。YAP的实验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义P〈0.01,KOA患者的滑液中YAP的水平显著高于对照组。BCL-2的实验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义P〈0.01,KOA患者的滑液中BCL-2的水平显著低于对照组。实验组中YAP与BCL-2水平作Spearman相关分析,相关系数为r=0.921(P〈0.01),两者呈正相关。结论 Hippo-YAP信号通路可能是软骨细胞的抗凋亡过程,深入探讨Hippo-YAP信号通路在骨关节炎中的各种促进机制将有可能建立骨关节炎新的治疗靶点。

Abstract:Objective Hippo-YAP signaling pathway in knee osteoarthritis and its significance. Methods The study included 71 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee, the normal 28 cases, application of ELISA, YAP and BLC-2 expression in the synovial fluid in the degree.Results YAP and BCL-2 expression levels in the synovial fluid of the experimental group and the control group univariate analysis of variance, and the results are shown in Table 1.YAP experimental group and the control group statistically significant (P0.01), significantly higher than the level in the synovial fluid of patients with KOA YAP. BCL-2 in the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant P0.01, BCL-2 levels in the synovial fluid of KOA patients was significantly lower than the control group. Spearman correlation analysis YAP and BCL-2 levels in the experimental group, the correlation coefficient of r = 0.921 (P0.01), a positive correlation.Conclusion Hippo-YAP signaling pathway may be anti-apoptotic process of cartilage cells in-depth Hippo-YAP signaling pathway in osteoarthritis various promotion mechanism will be possible to establish new therapeutic targets for osteoarthritis.
