老年患者牙列缺损重度磨耗的修复体会

目的:探讨老年患者牙列缺损重度磨耗的重建方法。方法:采用序列治疗法,利用牙垫逐渐升高颌位至正常垂直距离后修复缺失牙,同时对牙周进行治疗。结果:患者正常的咬功能恢复,咀嚼功能改善,咀嚼肌群与颞下颌关节无异常。结论:通过序列治疗,利用垫逐渐升高颌位至正常垂直距离,再行牙列缺损修复、牙周治疗是改善重度牙磨耗行之有效的方法。

Clinical study on the repair of wear in elderly patients with severe dentition defect

Objective ：To explore the repair of wear in elderly patients with severe dentition defect. Methods：All patients were gradually increased the use of dental jaw pad spaces to the normal vertical distance according to treatment sequence. Then they were repaired missing teeth, periodontal treatment at the same time. Results：All patients resumed normal teeth, and masticatory function was improved. Additionally, they were not discomfort on masticatory muscles and temporomandibular joint. Conclusion：The use of occlusal jaw pad spaces gradually increase to normal vertical distance and dentition defect restoration, periodontal therapy should be performed. It is a safe and effective method to repair of wear in elderly patients with severe dentition defect.
