摘 要: | 研究了螺旋霉素与麦迪霉素产生菌在发酵过程中通气与搅拌对溶氧的影响,并发现溶氧与发酵过程中的有机酸、ATP、菌丝量、还原糖以及生物效价,都有密切联系。适当调节溶氧能提高抗生素的发酵水平.
