中西医结合治疗恶性胸腔积液临床观察

观察中西医结合治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。设治疗组（28例）采用中药加顺铂治疗,对照组（26例）采用顺铂治疗,一个月后评价疗效。结果：治疗组有效率71．4％,对照组有效率34．6％（P＜0．01）;消化道反应两组分别为25．0％、61．5％（P＜0．01）;骨髓抑制反应分别为10．7％、42．3％（P＜0．01）;胸闷、气急等症状缓解,两组分别为67．9％、30．8％（P＜0．01）。6个月后观察生存期,存活6个月以上、1年以上治疗组分别为18例、8例、对照组7例、2例。提示中药加化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效明显优于单纯用化疗。

Clinical Observation of Malignant Thoracic Hydrops Treated by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

The curative effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating malignant thoracic hydrops were observed.28 cases in treatment group were treated with Chinese drugs and platinum,and 26 cases in control group with platinum.1 month treatment later,the effective rate was 71 4% in treatment group and 34 6% in control group,P<0 01;digestive reactions occurred in 25 0% in treatment group and 61 5% in control group,P<0 01;marrow suppressing reactions occurred in 10 7% in treatment group and 42 3% in control group,P<0 01;the relief of chest fullness and breathlessness occurred in 67 9% in treatment group and 30 8% in control group,P<0 01;the cases alive for more than 6 months and 1 year were 18 and 8 in treatment group whereas 7 and 2 in control group.
