血清C反应蛋白水平与脑梗死预后的关系

目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度的变化及其对预后的影响.方法:对86例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)、27例腔隙性脑梗死患者(腔梗组)和48名健康体验者(对照组)血清CRP含量进行测定,计算其异常率并进行比较.按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分(NDS)标准对患者进行评分.结果:脑梗死组CRP含量高于腔梗组,腔梗组高于对照组(均P＜0.01);脑梗死组中,CRP异常率高于腔梗组(P＜0.05);CRP异常的患者NDS评分的改善低于CRP正常组,且CRP异常者预后中无变化和死亡明显高于正常对照者(均P＜0.01).结论:CRP水平是临床评价脑梗死严重程度和预后的一个重要的生物学指标.

Relationship between Serum Level of C - reactive Protein and Prognosis of Brain Infarction

Objective:To investigate the changes of serum level of C-reactive protein(CRP)and its affection in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:113 patients(86 cases with thrombosis and 27 cases with lacunars infarction)and 48 healthy persons as control were enrolled in this study.The serum level and abnormal rate of CRP were determined.All the patients were scored by clinic neurological function deficit scale(NDS).Results:The serum level of CRP in the patients with thrombosis was > the patients with lacunars infarction>normal controls(P<0.01).Higher abnormal rate of CRP was found in the patients with thrombosis than in the patients with lacunars infarction(P<0.05).The cases who had an abnormal serum level of CRP had lower score of NDS and worse prognosis(allP<0.01).Conclusions:The serum level of CRP is an important biological marker to evaluate the severity Prognosis of cerebral infarction.
