太白米显微组织结构研究

摘    要:目的对太白米进行显微组织结构研究。方法采用来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微及理化鉴定的方法。结果太白米小鳞茎横切面可见鳞叶表皮由一列细胞构成;表皮层内方为排列紧密的薄壁细胞;鳞叶薄壁细胞含大量淀粉粒;维管束散在,为有限外韧型。药材粉末中薄壁细胞可见小砂晶;导管多螺纹;并含有大量淀粉粒。结论为太白米的深入研究和开发利用提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the microstructure of Taibaimi(Notholirion Bulbuliferum).Methods Source identification,character discrimination,microscopic identification,and physical and chemical identification were used.Results From the transverse section of Taibaimi(Notholirion Bulbuliferum) bulbil,it was observed that the scale leaf epidermis was composed of a row of cells;parenchyma cells were tightly arranged inside the epidermis and contained a large number of starch grain;vascular bundles scattered and were closed collateral bundles.Small sand crystals were observed in the parenchyma cells of the medicinal powder;Conclusion The results provide reference for the further study and exploitation of Taibaimi(Notholirion Bulbuliferum).
