胃癌中医证候特点及其与病理类型的关系

目的研究胃癌中医证候分布情况及其演变规律,为中医药配合胃癌治疗提供一定的理论依据。方法病案回顾和文献调查相结合的方法。结果发现胃癌患者年龄与证候分布具有一定的相关性。年龄结构上年龄越大者本虚标实证越明显。病理类型上以腺癌类型较多,腺癌患者中肝胃不和、气滞血瘀、脾胃气虚证出现频次最多。证候分布主要为肝胃不和、气滞血瘀、脾胃气虚等证为主。结论胃癌证候的分布具有一定特点,且与年龄、病理类型具有一定的相关性。

Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome of Gastric Cancer and Its Relationship with Pathology

Objective This paper is aimed to study the chinese traditional medicine syndrome distribution and evolution rule of gastric cancer,then to provide an theoretical basis for treating gastric cancer with chinese traditional medicine.Methods The methods of combining medical record review and literature research were used.Results The age of gastric cancer patients and the syndrome distribution has certain correlation.From the aspects of age structure,the older of patient the more obvious of asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality syndrome.From the aspects of pathological type,the gastric adenocarcinoma is in the majority which the syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach,qi stagnation and blood stasis and spleen stomach qi deficiency occured most frequently.The syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach,qi stagnation and blood stasis and spleen stomach qi deficiency were mainly for syndrome distribution.Conclusion The distribution of gastric cancer syndrome has certain features,and has associated with the age and pathological types.
