中西医结合治疗144例上消化道出血的疗效观察

目的 对中西医结合治疗上消化道出血的临床效果进行分析.方法 有144例患者采用中西医结合治疗,设为观察组;另有144例患者采用西医治疗,设为对照组.并对这两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比.结果 观察组治疗的总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的81.94%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 采用中西医结合的方法治疗上消化道出血患者,效果明显,有临床应用价值.

Observation of curative effect on treating 144 cases of upper digestive tract hemorrhage with traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Objective To analyse and discuss the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine method to use for the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 144 patients were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, as the observation group; 144 patients were treated with Western medicine treatment, as the control group. The treatment effect of two groups was analyzed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group （91.67 %） was significantly higher than that in the control group （81.94%）, P〈0. 05. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, has obvious effect and clinical application value.
