临床药师对儿科抗组胺药物临床应用的合理干预

目的：探讨临床药师对儿科抗组胺药物临床应用的合理干预作用，以促进抗组胺药物的合理使用。方法：通过医院信息系统（HIS）收集整理2011年第三季度（临床药师干预前）和2012年第三季度（临床药师干预后）我院儿科所有住院患儿病历，应用SPSS17．0软件统计分析其中抗组胺药物的使用情况。结果：儿科抗组胺药物的不合理使用情况主要包括与肝药酶抑制剂联用不当、选药不当、用药剂量不当、用药频次不当、与抗组胺药物联用不当；经临床药师的合理干预，其不合理使用率从干预前的31．48％下降到干预后的5．76％（P〈0．05）。结论：临床药师对儿科抗组胺药物临床应用的合理干预，可促进儿科抗组胺药物的合理使用，提高儿科临床合理用药水平。

Pharmacist Intervention on Rational Use of Antihistamines in Pediatrics

Objective： To discuss the influence of clinical pharmacist＇ intervention on the rational use of antihistamines in pediatrics, in order to promote the rational use of antihistamines. Methods： All pediatric cases of inpatients through the HIS system in the third quarter of 2011 （before intervention） and 2012 （after intervention） were collected and analyzed. The uses of antihistamines were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results： The rates of irrational use of antihistamines in paediatric inpatients before intervention and after intervention were 31.48% and 5.76%, respectively （P〈0. 05）. Unreasonable use of antihistamines mainly included antihistamines combined with improper hepatic enzyme inhibitors and other antihistamines, improper selection of drugs, improper dosages, and improper administrations. Conclusions： Intervention provided by clinical pharmacists could help to improve the rational use of antihistamines in pediatrics.
