酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗婴幼儿抗生素相关性腹泻疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗小儿抗生素相关性腹泻的疗效。方法:选取2011年2月至2012年2月在我院住院治疗的抗生素相关性腹泻患儿120例,随机分治疗组65例和对照组55例,对照组给予饮食调节,纠正水、电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱等常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予酪酸梭菌二联活菌散口服,比较两组治疗有效率、大便性状改变时间、腹泻持续时间和腹泻次数减少时间。结果:酪酸梭菌二联活菌散可显著提高患儿抗生素相关性腹泻治疗的有效率(χ2=14.16,P〈0.05),缩短大便性状改变时间(t=2.49,P〈0.05)、腹泻持续时间(t=2.62,P〈0.05)及腹泻次数减少时间(t=2.21,P〈0.05),与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗小儿抗生素相关性腹泻疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders in the treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in infants. Methods: From February 2011 to February 2012, 120 cases of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in our hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group (65 cases) and a control group (55 cases). The control group received conventional treatment, such as dietary regulations, correcting water, electrolyte and acid-base balance. The treatment group was given Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders based on conventional treatment. The efficiency, the time of changed of stool's characters, duration of diarrhea and the frequency of diarrhea of the two groups were compared. Results : Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders could significantly increase the efficacy in the treatment of antibiotic-associated diarrhea in children (X2 = 14.16, P〈0.05), shorten the time of changes of stool's characters ( t = 2.49, P〈0.05 ), and the duration of diarrhea (t= 2.62, P〈0.05 ), and decrease the frequency of diarrhea (t = 2.21, P〈0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders in the treatment of antibiotic- associated diarrhea in childlen is significantly efficient.
