被动音乐疗法对脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨被动音乐疗法对脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法收集我院收治的脑卒中后抑郁患者共120例.按照住院号尾数的单双号分成干预组和对照组:干预组60例在常规药物治疗的基础上进行被动音乐疗法治疗.对照组60例仅接受常规药物治疗,分别在治疗前和治疗2个月后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)以及护士观察量表(NOSIE)评价临床疗效。结果治疗后干预组HAMD总评分均显著低于治疗前,并且治疗后干预组HAMD总分较对照组显著下降(P〈0.01);治疗后十预组NOSIE总评分均显著高于治疗前(P〈0.01),并且治疗后干预组NOSIE总分较对照组有显著升高(P〈0.01)。结论在常规药物治疗和护理的基础上运用被动音乐疗法对脑卒中后抑郁患者进行辅助治疗能够改善其抑郁情绪,促进神经功能恢复。

Observation of clinical efficacy of passive music therapy in treatment of post-stroke depression

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of passive music therapy in treatment of patients with post- stroke depression. Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to hospital number ending (odd and even numbers):the intervention group was 60 cases received passive music therapy based on the conventional drug therapy ;the control group was 60 cases only received conventional drug treatment. Before the treatment and 2 months after the treatment, the clinical ef- ficacy was evaluated by using Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD)and Nurses'Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation (NOSIE). Results Compared with the control group and prior treatment, the HAMD score was significantly decreased (P〈0.01) and the NOSIE score was significantly increased (P〈0.01) in the intervention group after treat- ment. Conclusion Passive music therapy based on the conventional drug therapy can improve depression and promote the nerve function deficient recovery.
