循证护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床观察

目的探讨循证护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术巾的应用效果。方法选择2011年1月～2013年1月存本院进行治疗的胆囊切除术的60例患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，其中对照组术后进行常规护理；观察组在此基础上术前对患者应用循证护理，观察两组患者临床护理效果及康复情况。结果两组患者干预前依从率无统计学意义（P〉0．05），十预后观察组依从性显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者术后VAS疼痛评分、首次肛门排气、平均康复时间、满意度评分显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对腹腔镜下行胆囊切除手术的患者应用循证护理可有效提高患者的依从率，有利于患者术后康复．提高患者的满意度。

Evidence-based nursing applied to laparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical observation

Objective To investigate the surgery results of evidence-based nursing in laparoscopic. Methods Sixty pa- tients with treatment cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group （n=30）and control group （n=30） from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital, control group were take routine postoperative care; observe pa- tients before surgery on the basis of evidence-based care for patients, clinical care effects were observed and rehabil- itation situations. Results The rate of two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） before intervention com- pliance, while the rate of observation group was significantly higher compliance （P〈0.05） after the intervention. The patients postoperative VAS pain score, first flatus,the average recovery time, satisfaction scores were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients EBN can effectively improve patient compliance rates,help patients recover and improve patient satisfaction.
