| 摘 要： | 目的分析颅脑结核的CT、MRI表现。方法回顾性分析17例确诊的脑结核的CT、MRI表现。结果CT呈低密度，部分钙化；MR呈长T1长T2信号，周围脑组织水肿，结节性或环形强化。结论CT、MRI表现为颅脑结核诊断提供依据，部分颅脑结核CT、MRI表现具有特征性。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the CT and MRI manifestations of cerebral tuberculosis. Methods The CT and MRI manifestations of 17 patients with cerebral tuberculosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results CT showed low density and partly calcification; MR showed long T1 and long T2 signal, surrounding brain tissue edema, nodular or circular reinforcement. Conclusion CT and MRI manifestations provide the basis for the diagnosis of cerebral tuberculosis, and some manifestations are characterized. |
