| 摘 要： | 目的：观察MEBT／MEBO对烧伤病人的治疗效果。方法：全程采用MEBT／MEBO治疗263例不同面积和深度的烧伤病人，同时根据病情予以全身综合性治疗。结果：治愈261例，总治愈率99．2％，浅Ⅲ度无功率障碍愈合，小面积Ⅲ度创面可不植皮。结论：MEBT／MEBO利于创面修复，减少瘢痕形成，方法简便，效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating different burn.Method:263 cases of different area and depth burn were treated in the whole course with MEBT/MEBO,and systemic treatment were taken.Results:261 cases cured.Total curative rate was 99 2%.Superficial third degree burn healed without dysfunction.Small area third degree burn wounds healed without skin grafing.Conclusion:MEBT/MEBO provides a favorable environment to the repair of burn wounds,and reduces scarformation.It gives very reliable efficacy and is easy to apply. |
