宣肺止咳方联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎临床观察

目的观察宣肺止咳方治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法选择2017年9月-2018年9月收治的小儿支原体肺炎70例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组采用静点阿奇霉素及口服阿奇霉素干混悬剂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上服用中药宣肺止咳方。对比2组临床疗效及观察指标和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组患儿的总有效率为91.43%,对照组的总有效率为82.86%;治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组总有效率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的退热时间、咳喘、咳痰、肺啰音消失时间及胸片吸收时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宣肺止咳方治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on Dispersing Lung Qi for Relieving Cough Prescription Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of dispersing lung qi for relieving cough prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 70 cases of pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia hospitalized in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous azithromycin and oral azithromycin dry suspension. The treatment group was given dispersing lung qi for relieving cough prescription on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, observation indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was91.43% in the treatment group and 82.86% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). The time of antipyretic, cough and asthma, phlegm and lung rumble disappearing and chest radiography absorption were all shorter in the treatment group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The adverse reactions in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Dispersing lung qi for relieving cough prescription is effective in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.
