中药药剂师干预在医院合理使用中药方面的作用

目的探究在医院合理使用中药方面对中药药剂师干预的作用效果。方法于2017年7月起中药药剂师开始在医院中药合理使用方面进行干预,选取干预前6个月的1050份中药处方作为对照组,选取干预后6个月的1050份处方作为研究组,比较两组处方中药不合理应用率及处方对应患者不良反应发生率。结果研究组处方不合理应用率为2.29%,低于对照组7.43%,数据经统计学软件分析有差异性(х2=30.048,P<0.05),研究组患者不良反应发生率3.52%,比对照组6.19%低,有统计学差异(х2=8.079,P<0.05)。结论在医院合理使用中药方面应用中药药剂师干预,降低了中药不合理应用率,减少了患者不良反应的发生,干预效果突出,可以在医院中开展应用。

The Role of Pharmacist of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Rational Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hospital

Objective To explore the effect of interventio n by traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists in the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in hospitals. Methods Since July 2017, pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine began to intervene in the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital. 1 050 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the control group 6 months before intervention, and 1 050 prescriptions 6 months after intervention were selected as the research group. The unreasonable application rate of traditional Chinese medicine and the incidence of adverse reactions of corresponding patients in the two groups were compared. Results The rate of unreasonable use of prescriptions in the study group was 2.29 % lower than that in the control group(7.43%). The data were analyzed by statistical software( х2= 30.048, P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.52% lower than that in the control group(6.19%, P <0.05). There was a statistical difference between the two groups( х2= 8.079, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of pharmacist’s intervention in rational use of traditional Chinese medicine in hospitals can reduce the rate of unreasonable use of traditional Chinese medicine, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients, and the effect of intervention is outstanding, so it can be applied in hospitals.
