摘    要:目的构建三级医院临床科室护士长工作绩效考评指标体系,科学、客观、全面地评价护士长管理绩效。方法在绩效管理理论研究的基础上,采用关键绩效指标法和平衡计分卡等绩效评价方法初步构建评价指标体系。采用专家咨询法、层次分析法确定内容和权重。结果构建了由顾客维度、流程维度、学习与创新维度、财务维度4个一级指标、10个二级指标和27个三级指标组成的三级医院临床科室护士长工作绩效考评指标体系。结论建立护士长工作绩效考评指标体系能够充分发挥绩效考评的实效,促进护士长素质的全面提高,进一步提高护理质量。

Abstract:Objective To establish head nurses'performance appraisal indicators system in clinical departments of 3 -level hospitals,in order to evaluate head nurses'performance scientificly, objectively and comprehensively. Methods Based on performance management theories and applying performance appraisal methods such as Key Performance Indicator and Balanced Scoreboard Card, through expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process, the preliminary head nur- seslperformance indicator system was established. Results The head nurses'performance appraisal indicators system included 4 first level indicators,10 second level indicators and 27 third level indicators, the first level indicators were the customer dimension, process dimension, learning and innovation dimension, and fi- nancing dimension. Conclusion The establishment of head nurses' performance indicator system can make full use of the function of performance appraisal, pro- mote the head nurses'quality,and improve the quality of nursing service.
