美施康定治疗78例中重度癌痛临床体会

目的观察美施康定治疗中重度癌痛疗效、毒副反应,总结应用体会。方法应用美施康定治疗中重度癌痛患者,回顾性总结有疼痛评分记录及疗效、毒副反应记录住院用药患者的临床用药体会。结果有78例癌痛患者进入本文分析、总结。美施康定使用剂量10mg1次/12h至300mg1次/12h,疼痛控制总有效率为92.3%。应用美施康定配合速效吗啡片达到良好滴定效果;毒副反应主要为便秘、头晕、恶心、呕吐,尿储留,有出现皮疹、瘙痒,过度镇静,呼吸抑制各2例;预防性用药及用药前与患者充分沟通能减少或减轻不良反应。结论美施康定是中重度癌痛患者良好选择,应用过程中要注意具体细节,尽量减少不良反应,特别是严重不良反应的发生。

The clinical experience of moderate or severe cancer pain treatmentwith Morphine Sulfate Controlledrelease Tablets( MS contin)

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse effect of Morphine Sulfate Controlled-release Tablets （MS contin） used in treatment of moderate or severe cancer pain,and to summarize clinical experience. Methods The patients with moderate or severe cancer pain were treated with MS contin, and then to retrospective summarize the clinical treatment experience of those with records about efficacy and adverse effect. Results There were 78 patients rolled in this retrospective study. The dosage of MS contin was 10 mg q12 h to 300 mg q12 h. The rate of pain controlled（total effective rate） was 92.3%.Using MS contin combinated with morphine tablets can achieve fine titration effect.The main adverse effect of MS contin were constipation, dizzy, nausea,vomiting and urinary retention.There were two patients have erythra, pruritus, excessive and respiratory depression mitigate, respectively. Prophylactic medication, or sufficient communication with patients before take MS contin orally, can decrease or mitigate adverse effect. The incidence rate of adverse effect will step down along with the time of taking MS contin lasting. Conclusion The MS contin is one of the best drug of the patients with moderate or severe cancer pain. The concrete details must be noted in the period of taking drug, this conduces to decrease adverse effect, especially to decrease severe adverse effect.
