参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病室性早搏疗效分析

目的观察中药参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病合并室性早搏患者的临床疗效。方法选择56例冠心病合并室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例,治疗组给予参松养心胶囊4粒,3次/d,对照组给予慢心律150mg,3次/d。连续观察8周后,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组显效15例(53.57%),有效8例(28.57%),无效5例(17.86%),总有效率82.14%;对照组显效14例(50.0%),有效8例(28.57%),无效6例(21.43%),总有效率78.57%;两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均无明显副作用。结论参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病合并室性早搏,疗效确切,安全可靠。

Clinical effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on coronary heart disease with premature ventricular contraction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on coronary heart disease with premature ventricular contraction. Methods 56 patients with coronary heart disease with premature ventricular contraction were randomly allocated to treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group（n=28）were treated with Shensongyangxin capsule（4pills once,three times a day）with a course of 8 weeks. Patients in control group（n=28）were treated with Maxinlv（150 mg once,three times a day）with a course of 8 weeks. Results The obviously effect rate ,effective rate,uneffective rate and total effective rate in treatmen -tgroup were 53.57%（15cases）,28.57%（8cases）,17.86%（5cases）and 82.14%,respectively.Which in control group were 50.0%（14cases）,28.57%（8cases）,21.43%（6cases）and 78.57%,respectively.There was no singnificant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule is effective and safe in treating coronary heart disease with premature ventricular contraction.
