| 摘 要： | 目的建立清肝益脾胶囊中靛玉红含量的HPLC检测法。方法 Diamonsil C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;氯仿-甲醇-0.1%HAC（6∶59∶35）为流动相;检测波长为292nm;流速为1.0ml/min;柱温为35℃。结果在此色谱条件下靛玉红的质量浓度在0.501～5.042μg/ml范围内,其吸收峰面积响应值（A）与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9997,n=5）,平均回收率为95.29%,RSD为1.73%。结论本法简便、快速、准确、精密度高,重复性好,可作为评价清肝益脾胶囊的质量依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination of indirubin in Qinggan Yipi capsule by HPLC. Methods Chromatography was performed on a Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column with column temperaturw set at 35℃. The mobile phase was Chloroform-methanol-0.1%acetic acid（6 ∶ 59 ∶ 35）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wacelength was at 292nm.Results The linear range of indirubin content was 0.501~5.042 μg/ml（r=0.9997, n=5）.The average recovery rate was 95.29%, and RSD was 1.73%（n=5）.Conclusion This assay method is fast, convenient and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Qinggan Yipi capsule. |
