摘    要:目的探讨湿生扁的体外抑菌作用。方法用K-B纸片扩散法和生长速率分别研究了湿生扁蕾对细菌和真菌的抑制作用。结果湿生扁蕾的提取物和各部位对供试菌都有一定的抑制作用,其中对辣椒疫霉的抑制作用最强;氯仿部位的抑菌作用则最好。结论湿生扁蕾在体外有明显的抑菌作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the antimicrobial activity of Gentianopsis paludosa.MethodsK-B paper diffusion and mycelial growth rate methods were used to determine antibacterial activity,respectively.ResultsThe ethanol extraction and fractions of Gentianopsis paludosa showed inhibitory effects on the tested microbe,and the inhibitory effect on Phytophthora capsici was the strongest.Futhermore,the chloroform fraction showed the best activity.ConclusionGentianopsis paludosa has significant antimicrobial activity.
