摘    要:目的建立同时测定蒲公英软膏中咖啡酸和绿原酸含量的方法。方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Luna C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠(0.5%磷酸调pH=4.0)(14∶86),流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为323nm。结果咖啡酸和绿原酸分别在0.81~16.20μg·mL-1(r=0.999 8)和3.22~64.30μg·mL-1(r=0.999 6)有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.8%、98.0%;RSD<2.0%。结论本方法快速,简便,重复性好,可用于蒲公英软膏的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method to determine caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid in Pugongying Ruangao. Methods HPLC method was used with Luna C18 (250 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.02 tool · L^-1 NaH2PO4 (14 : 86). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^- 1, the column temperature was 30℃, and the UV detector wavelength was 323 nm. Results The linear ranges of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid were 0. 81-16. 20 μg · mL^-1 (r=0. 999 8) and 3.22-64.30 μg · mL^-1(r=0. 999 6), respectively. The average recovery of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid was 98.8% and 98. 0%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, repeatable and accurate, which can be applied in the quantitative determination of caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid in Pugongying Ruangao.
