坚持统筹兼顾推进医院建设又好又快发展

在市场经济条件下，如何统筹兼顾医院建设中的矛盾关系，是医院贯彻落实科学发展观，推动医院又好又快建设的重大课题。本文结合医院实际，阐述了解放军总医院统筹为军与为民、规模与内涵、当前与长远、自我发展与借力发展的重大关系的思考和做法，并从指导思想、建设目标、根本原则、发展目的、不竭动力5个方面提出了建议与体会。

Making Overall Plans and Taking All Factors into Consideration to Improve Hospital Construction

Under the condition of market economy,it is a significant topic that how to make overall plans and take all contradictive relationships into consideration in the hospital construction,so as to fulfill scientific development conception and promote a quicker and better construction.Combined the hospital realities,the consideration and practice were explained of the Chinese PLA General Hospital on the service for both military and civilian patients,the development scale and intensions,the present tasks and long-term prospects,self-reliance and drawing support from others.The author proposed 5 suggestions on guiding ideology,constructive objectives,basic principles,development purposes and endless motive powers.
