低能量氦-氖激光血管内照射治疗脑梗塞的临床观察

目的：探讨低能量氦－氖激光血管内照射疗法对脑梗塞的治疗作用。方法：对１００例脑梗塞病人进行低能量氦－氖激光血管内照射治疗（ＩＬＩＢ），观察治疗效果及治疗前后血液流变学和血清ＳＯＤ含量的变化，并与对照组进行统计学分析。结果：总显效率ＩＬＩＢ组９４％，对照组７３．３％两组效率差异显著；而且血液流变学的改善，血清ＳＯＤ含量的增高，ＩＬＩＢ组明显优于对照组。结论：低能量氦－氖激光血管内照射疗法，可明显降低脑梗塞患者血粘度，提高血清ＳＯＤ含量，对脑梗塞治疗有明显疗效。

Clinical Observations of Low Intensity He-Ne Laser Intravascular Beamtherapy for Cerebral Infarction

Objective:Discuss the effect of therapy for cerebral infarction with low intensity He-Ne laser intravascular beamtherapy.Methods:After 100 patients of cerebral infarction recieved low intensity He-Ne laser intravascular beamtherapy (ILIB),We observed therapeutic effects,hemorheology before and after therapy and content changes in intraserous SOD;then,ILIB group was compared with contral group by statistical analysis.Results:Total obvious effect rate of ILIB group is 94% and of contral group is 73.2%;the rates of two groups are significantly different.Changes in hemorheology and content increase of intraserous SOD in ILIB group are obviously larger than those of contral group.Conclusion:Low intensity He-Ne laser intravascular beamtherapy significantly dectine blood viscosity of cerebral infarction patients and increase intraserous SOD content,So it has obvious effects on cerebral infarction therapy.
