健脾化痰止咳方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（痰浊蕴肺证）临床疗效观察

目的观察健脾化痰止咳法加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（痰浊蕴肺证）的临床疗效。方法将88例患者随机分为两组，对照组44例给予西医常规治疗；治疗组44例则在对照组基础上加用健脾化痰止咳法组方，2周为1疗程。治疗前后分别检查患者血WBC、ESR、CRP、N％、PO2等，并同时观察两组前后症状改善情况。结果综合疗效方面，治疗组总有效率93．18％，明显高于对照组的79．55％（P〈0．05）；中医证候疗效方面，治疗组总有效率95．45％，亦明显高于对照组的86.36％（P〈0．05）。结论健脾化痰止咳法组方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（痰浊蕴肺证），可有效缓解临床症状，减轻炎症反应，且不良反应小。

Clinical Observation of Jianpihuatanzhike Decoction on Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Syndrome of Phlegm Accumulation in Lung

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with syndrome of phlegm accumulation in lung treated by Jianpihuatanzhike Decoction. Methods： 88 patients were involved in the research,who were separated into the treatment group （n = 44） and the control group （n = 44）. The treatment group was adopted the Jiapihuatanzhike Decoction,while the control group was received the conventional western medicine. Both of two groups were treated for 2 weeks.White blood cells,erythrocyte sedi- mentation rate,creacting protein, percentage of neutrophils,arterial blood gases and the clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed before and after treatment respectively. Results： The comprehensive efficiency rate of the treatment group was 93.2%,total rate of the control group was 79.5% ,The control group was much better than the treatment group （P〈 0.05）. The total curative effective value of the treatment group was 95.5% ,while that of the control group was 86.4% ,the treatment group was better than the controlling group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： That Jianpihuatanzhike Decoction has the role of adjuvant therapy, alleviate the clinical symptoms effectively,and reduce inflammation. Meanshile,Jianpihuatanzhike Decotion has little side effect.
