电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的疗效观察

目的分析电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的疗效。方法对2010年1月至2012年1月56例肺癌的患者随机分为两组:Ⅰ组(电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺叶切除术)、Ⅱ组(传统开胸手术)各28例,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、并发症。结果Ⅰ组患者行胸腔镜辅助小切口肺叶切除术的平均手术时间(125.0±28.9)min、术中平均出血量(113.0±28.4)mL、切口平均长度(8.1±1.3)cm、平均住院时间(7.5±0.3)d,分别与Ⅱ组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。Ⅰ组并发症发生率达7.1%,明显低于Ⅱ组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电视胸腔镜辅助小切口肺叶切除术治疗肺癌创伤少、术中出血少、住院时间短、并发症少,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

The Effective Observation of Small Incision VATS Lobectomy Lung Cancer

Objective To analyze the small incision VATS lobectomy for lung cancer treatment. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012,56 cases of lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups ：Ⅰ group （ small incision VATS lobectomy ）, Ⅱ group （ conventional thoracotomy ） of 28 cases, operative time, blood loss, complications were compared between two groups. Results Ⅰ group underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy assisted small incision average operative time （125.0±28.9）min, mean intraoperative blood loss was （113.0±28.4）mL, cut the average length of （8. 1± 1.3）cm, average length of stay （7.5±0.3）d, respectively and Ⅱ group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Ⅰ group complication rate was 7.1% ,was significantly lower than in group Ⅱ, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions VATS lobectomy small incision less invasive treatment of lung cancer, less blood loss, shorter hospital stay, fewer complications, worthy of clinical and applied widely.
