摘    要:
目的了解阅兵部队集训期间消化系统疾病发生的特点,及外周血部分胃肠激素的水平变化规律。为防控消化系统疾病,建立预警指标提供科学依据。方法随机选取参加阅兵集训的100名官兵[均男性,年龄(20.76±1.23)(18~24)岁]及同期100名常规训练的官兵,调查训练前期、训练中期、阅兵前期、阅兵后期的消化系统疾病发生情况。于训练中期检测外周血胃肠激素胃动素(MTL)、生长抑素(SS)和血管活性肽(VIP)含量。结果两组官兵均未发现器质性消化系疾病,功能性胃肠病发病率也比较低。训练中期阅兵训练组消化系统症状阳性人数明显高于常规训练组(P〈0.05),亦显著高于同组训练前期、阅兵前期和阅兵后期(均P〈0.05)。阅兵训练组同常规训练组比较,胃肠激素MTL、SS和VIP外周血含量也明显增高(均P〈0.05)。结论阅兵训练时容易发生消化系统疾病,胃肠激素水平紊乱可能是消化系统疾病高发的危险因素,可用作消化系统疾病高发的预警指标。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the influence of military training under high temperature and high intensity on serum gastrointestinal hormones and the clinical significance thereof. Methods Epidemiological survey was conducted 4 times among 100 randomly selected soldiers and men undergoing military training under high temperature and high intensity who were to participate in the parade during the National Day 2009, all males, aged (20.76 ~ 1.23) (18-24), and 100 randomly selected sex and age-matched soldiers and men undergoing conventional military training as controls in the early training period (January to April 2009), middle training period (from the end of April to the end of July 2009), pre-parade period (August to the end of September 2009), and post-parade period (October 2009) so as to investigate the prevalence ratres of diseases of digestive systyem. In June peripheral blood samples were collected to examine the serum levels of motilin (MTL), somatostatin (SS), and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP). Results No organic digestive disease was found in both groups. And the prevalence rates of functional digestive diseases were all relatively low in these 2 groups. The number of the soldiers ungergoing parade training with digestive symptoms during the mid-training period was significantly higher than those of the conventional training group (P〈 0.05), and significantly higher than the soldiers of the same group during the early training period, pre-parade period~ and post-parade period (all P〈 0.05). The serum levels of MTL, SS, and VIP of the parade training group during the mid-training period were significantly higher than those of the control group (all P〈0.05). Conclusion Parade raining is liable to cause digestive system diseases. The disorders of levels of gastrointestinal hormones may be risk factors of these diseases and can be used as early warning indicators of high incidence of digestive system diseases.
