护理干预对骨科住院患者功能康复的临床效果分析

目的分析不同的护理干预方式对骨科住院患者功能康复的临床效果。方法按照先后入组的顺序,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用责任制护理进行干预,对照组采用功能制护理,对患者依从性的分析(功能锻炼指导)、并发症及功能康复情况进行分析比较。结果采用责任制护理的组别患者主动接受、接受程度及执行力度均较采用功能护理制的高,观察组能明显的提高患者的依从性。观察组的并发症发生率为8.7%,非常显著的低于对照组的27.27%(P<0.001);在功能康复方面观察组康复优为60.87%,与对照组优27.27%,有非常显著的差异(P<0.001)。结论整体护理制是促进骨科患者依从性,减少并发症且得到较好康复的有效途径,值得临床进一步研究和推广使用。

The Clinical Analysis of Nursing Intervention on Functional Rehabilitation of Orthopedic Patients

Objective Analysis of different nursing intervention on functional rehabilitation of orthopedic patients to the clinical effect.Method According to the order,randomly divided into two groups and the control group,the observation group with responsibility nursing intervention,the control group,functional nursing,compliance analysis of the patients（functional training guide）,complications and functional recovery from compared and analyzed.Results Groups of patients with care and responsibility to accept,acceptance and enforcement functions than those with high care system,the observation group could significantly improve patient compliance.Observation group complications was 8.7%,a very significant lower than the control group 27.27%（P0.001）;observation group in the functional rehabilitation,rehabilitation excellent 60.87%,27.27% and in group B,there is a very significant difference（P0.001）.Conclusion Overall orthopedic care system is to promote patient compliance,reduce complications and effective way to achieve better rehabilitation,is worthy of further study and promote.
