超声引导下经皮微波消融甲状腺术后复发结节的临床效果分析

目的　探究甲状腺术后复发结节用超声引导下经皮微波消融术的临床效果。方法　2017年8月～2019年10月,从本院收治的甲状腺术后复发结节患者中选择40例进行研究,将患者按照入院时间单双号进行编号,随机分对照组、试验组,各20例,前者用常规治疗,后者给予超声引导下经皮微波消融术治疗,比较两组结节体积、甲状腺激素水平、并发症发生率。结果　试验组结节体积小于对照组,且试验组甲状腺激素水平优于对照组,P<0.05;试验组并发症率为5 %,低于对照组25 %,P<0.05。结论　在甲状腺术后复发结节治疗中,超声引导下经皮微波消融术能够减少结节体积与改善甲状腺激素水平,减少并发症,值得推荐。

Analysis of clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation of recurrent nodules after thyroidectomy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation of recurrent nodules after thyroid surgery.Methods From August 2017 to October 2019,40 patients with recurrent nodular thyroid nodules admitted to our hospital were selected for study.The patients were numbered according to the number of admissions and randomly divided into a control group and a test group.For each of 20 cases,the former was treated with conventional therapy and the latter was given ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation.The nodules volume,thyroid hormone levels,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nodule volume in the test group was smaller than that in the control group,and the thyroid hormone lev-el in the test group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05;the complication rate in the test group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusions In the treatment of recurrent nodules after thyroid surgery,ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation can reduce the volume of nodules,improve thyroid hormone lev-els,and reduce complications.It is worth recommending.
