苍术浸泡液熏蒸法对医院空气消毒效果的评价

目的观察苍术浸泡液对医院空气消毒的效果。方法将苍术按1∶2比例浸泡于95%酒精里,将苍术浸泡时间分别为24、48、72、96和120 h,取其浸泡液,按房间体积1g/m3对房间进行空气消毒,并与紫外线照射消毒做比较。结果苍术浸泡液浸泡时间72、96 h效果最佳,与紫外线照射消毒效果比较,差异无显著性。结论苍术浸泡液消毒空气是一种理想的空气消毒剂。

Evaluating the efficacy of the air disinfection in hospital with Atractylodes chinesis soaking soution fumigation

Objective To observe the efficacy of the air disinfection in hospital with Atractylodes chinensis soaking solution fumigation.Methods Atractylodes chinensis were soaked in 95% alcohol by the ration of 1∶2 for 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h and 120 h.The Atractylodes chinensis soaking solution disinfected the air of each room in 1 g/m3,and compared with the ultraviolet light disinfection.Results The efficacy of 72 h and 96 h soaking solution are better,and the difference with ultraviolet light disinfection was not significant.Conclusions The Atractylodes chinensis fumigation is an ideal method for air disinfection.
