某奥运定点医院在2008年北京奥运会及残奥会期间接诊保障对象实践与分析

目的回顾分析北京大学第三医院在北京奥运会及残奥会期间接诊保障对象的医疗实践活动，总结大型体育比赛期间定点医院接诊医疗实践经验。方法回顾性分析2008年7月20日～2008年9月20日我院接诊符合本次研究条件的1117名保障对象接诊登记表。结果中同患者以96％的比例位居第一，志愿者占57．7％，来自竞赛场馆的就诊患者占56％，96．4％的患者为自行到医院就医。按疾病系统分类显示急慢性损伤为第1位，占22．4％；96．7％的患者经过简单诊治可以离开医院。结论赛事期间每日接诊保障对象总体趋势以平稳有序，以常见病、多发病、普通疾病为主，具有就医主体多元化，就医需求多样化的特点。

Case study: the medical services provided by Peking University Hospital for the 2008 Beijing Olympic & Paralympics Games

Objective Review and Summarize the medical services carried out by Peking University Hospital to all the athletics, the personnel and the volunteers of the games between 20 July and 20 September 2008. Methods Analyze the 1 117 visit forms which matched the criteria of the research. Results According to the record, 96% of the visitors are Chinese; 56% were from competition venues; 57.7% were volunteers; 96.4% were considered as walk-in patients. 22.4% were believed as acute or chronic sports injuries; 96.7% were discharged after the simple treatment. Conclusion Generally, it came in ordinary trend in the daily operation during the games. Majority of the visits composed common/frequent sickness with the feature of different races and demands.
