老年妇科病人75例临床分析

<正> 近年来由于世界各国经济的发展,营养卫生条件的改善,使得人类的寿命逐渐延长。而妇女的预期寿命又比男性多4～5年。因此老年患病者收入院的比例增高。为了进一步认识和研究老年妇科疾病的生理病理特点,以达到正确诊断和及时处理的目的,本文介绍了1965年2月～1981年12月17年间我科收治的75例60岁以上妇科病人的病种分类、手术治疗等有关问题。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 75 CASES OF GYNECOLOGIC PATIENTS IN THE AGED

A clinical analysis of 75 cases of senile gynecologic patients over 60 years in our department from 1965 to 1981 was reported. In recent years, the senile gynecologic inpatient and the kinds of their disease increase gradually, among which, the benign and malignant ovarian tumors, prolape of uterus and vatinitis are the common diseases. All but 12 patients were operated with quite good reasult. Cardio-Vascular system diseases and respiratory system diseases are the common complications in the preoperation. A detailed preoperative examination including physical examination, ECG, and X-ray must be made.
