| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of holistic nursing on chronic cor pulmonale.Methods From January 2006 to may 2008 80chronic cor pulmonale patients were randomly divided into observation group in 40 cases (holistic nursing) and control group in 40 cases (conventional care). The clinical effects were compared between two groups.Results After therapy and nursing, two group total effectiveness, blood tests, blood gas analysis were compared with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions Chronic cor pulmonale patients are treated with holistic nursing measures, which can prevent and reduce clinical complications, improve the clinical curative effect, effectively promote the patient recover. |
