Abstract:Objective To explore the strategies and methods on the nurse pre-post training.By applying them to improve training and management level,promote new nurses' working ability,nursing quality and ensure nursing safety.Methods The standardized new nurses training system,operating skill standards and rigorous appraisal system were established.The hierarchical and one to one training method were applied in the pre-post nurse training.Results The nurses' training quality was improved. The qualification rate of the pre-post nurse training was 100%. The nurses' satisfaction with the theory and skills training was 0.96 in 2010,which was significantly higher than that of last year (0.80,P<0. 01). The effect of pre-post nurse training appeared in clinical work.Conclusions The scientific pre-post nurse training and strict management system may improve the ability of new nurses to adapting the clinical work, which is a better training and management method for new nurse training in new medical environment.
