Coping styles of psychiatric nurses and mental health status analysis of the correlation

Objective To investigate the way psychiatric nurses and mental health response to the correlation.Methods Coping style questionnaire,SCL-90 of 156 psychiatric nurses were conducted a investigation of nurses health. Survey results on correlation analysis.Results Psychiatric nurses should approach the "problem solving - help mode." Highlight the psychological problems of psychiatric nurses as somatization, obsession, anxiety, depression, SCL-90 of the factor scores and negative coping styles were positively related to negative coping styles that mental health nurses had a greater impact would lead to more psychological problems.Conclusions The overall coping style psychiatric nurses are mature; coping style and mental health are closely related.
