托吡酯对皮质发育障碍所致难治性癫痫的临床疗效

目的观察托吡酯对皮质发育障碍(DCDs)所致难治性癫痫(IE)的疗效。方法对MRI确诊的100例DCDs致IE病人给予托吡酯(100～200 mg·d~(-1))单药治疗,与基线发作频率比较疗效。结果100例中37例完全停止发作,33例发作频率减少≥75%,20例发作频率减少≥50%,托吡酯治疗DCDs致IE的总有效率90%,无明显不良反应。结论托吡酯是治疗DCDs致IE的一种安全、有效药物。

Clinical effects of topiramate in treatment of intractable epilepsy by disorders of cortical development

AMI To study the clinical effects of topiramate for intractable epilepsy(IE)with disorders of cortical development(DCDs).METHODS One hundred patients of IE with DCDs diagnosed by MRI were treated with topiramate(100-200 mg·d~(-1))individually.Their seizure attack frequencies were compared before and after the treatment.RESULTS Among all 100 patients,37 showed IE free,33 with reduction of frequency more than 75% and 20 were more than 50%.The total effectiveness reached 90% without obvious adverse reactions.CONCLUSION Topiramate is safe and effective for IE with DCDs.
