| 摘 要： | 本文通过对目前药学教育发展趋势的分析，对药学教育方式的创新进行了论述，其中包括建立和培养满足于现代药学教育发展所需的师资队伍；建立与现代药学教育培养目标相适应的教学体系；加强创新型人才培养模式的探索以及实施个性化教育。
