| 摘 要： | 随着世界人口的老龄化，阿尔茨海默病（AD）已成为当前研究的热点之一，但目前其确切的发病机制还不完全清楚。本文主要针对AD中出现的氧化应激介体，阐明氧化应激在AD病理过程中可能的致病作用，并提出利用抗氧化途径来预防和治疗AD的可行性策略。 |

| Abstract: | Alzheimer's disease(AD) has abstracted many scientists' interests with the aging of people in the world,but its mechanisms are still remaining unclear.This review will focus on some of the mediators of oxidative stress occurring in AD pathology and their possible role in the AD pathogenesis.Meanwhile,antioxidant approaches for the prevention and treatment of AD are discussed. |
