健达合剂升高白细胞作用的实验研究

考察了复方健达合剂对环磷酰胺及60Co照射诱发小鼠低白细胞血症及骨髓有核细胞数的影响。结果表明：JD合剂（75g／kg，po）对环磷酰胺及60Co照射小鼠低白细胞血症具有明显升高白细胞的作用，用药第4天至第7天作用最强；JD还可增加60Co照射小鼠的骨髓有核细胞数，表明：JD具有对抗60Co的骨髓抑制作用。

EFFECT OF JD ON LEUKOPENIA IN MICE

JD, a preparation of traditional Chinese recipe, was studied in terms of its effect onthe decreased leukocytes and nuclear cells of bone marrow in mice caused by cyclophosphamide (CP)or60Co radiation. The results indicated that JD(75g/kg,po) .was effective for reducing the toxicity ofCP and increasing the number of leukocytes of mice, the strongest being on the 4th to 7th day afterJD administration, and that it could also increase the number of nuclear cells of bone marrow, whichwas suggestive of its function to decrease the inhibitory effect of 60Co on the bone marrow.
