急性脑血管疾病患者内皮素的改变及临床意义

采用放射免疫分析法对临床确诊的69例脑血管疾病患者（其中脑出血31例，脑梗塞38例）的急性或与恢复期血浆内皮素的含量进行观察。结果表明，脑出血、脑梗塞患者其血浆中内皮素的含量在急性期内均较对照组明显增高（P＜0．01）。而大面积脑梗塞与脑出血破入脑室者增高更明显。提示血浆内皮素的升高与病情轻重以及病灶大小、病变部位密切相关，说明内皮素在脑血管疾病的发病机制及病情进展中起重要作用。

CHANGES IN PLASMA ENDOTHELIN: ITS CLINICAL ROLE IN ACUTE VASCULAR DISEASE

Plasma level of Endothelin(ET) was measured by using radioimmncessay in 69 casesof acute cerebral vascular disease(ACVD) (31 of cerebral hemorrhagr and 38 of cerebral infarction)respectively during the acute and convalescent stages. It was found that,compared with those in thecontrol group, there was a marked elevation in plasma ET level in the reported cases, and even moreso in the cases of advanced cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhagr into the ventricles (P＜0.01 ). The results suggest that ET is likely to play a key role in the pathogenesis and the developmentof ACVD and may reflect its degree and foretell its occurrence.
