| 摘 要： | 亚健康是目前医学界研究的热点领域之一。在中医理论指导下,中医药对亚健康的干预体现了得天独厚的优势。中医独特的＂治未病＂思想、整体观念、辨证论治的理论和＂三因制宜＂的治疗原则成为亚健康干预的主要理论依据。本文通过对亚健康干预的中医理论进行解析,阐明中医理论对亚健康干预的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Sub- health is nowadays one of the hottest spots for research in the medical field. Under the instructions of TCM theory,TCM shows great superiority on intervention of sub-health. The unique Disease-Cure-and-Prevention thought,holism and treatment based on syndrome differen- tiation theory,as well as the therapeutic principle according to the three causes,are the primary theory of sub-health intervention. Through the a- nalysis of the TCM theory in the sub-health intervention,it declares the great significance of the TCM theory for the sub-health intervention. |
