| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨硫酸镁对毛细支气管炎患儿的辅助治疗效果。方法:100例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用硫酸镁。结果:治疗组喘憋和肺部体征改善时间比对照组明显缩短,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:硫酸镁佐治毛细支气管炎可明显缩短病程,有效减轻喘憋,治疗剂量未见不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of magnesium sulphate in the treatment of brochiolitis in children. Methods: 100 patients with brochiolitis were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was treated with routine treatment, and the treatment group with routine treatment and magnesium sulphate. Result: The resolution time of clinical wheezing and lung signs were obviously shortend in the therapeutic group compared with the control group ( P < 0.01). Conclusion: Magneisium sulphate as a sdjuvant treatment for children with brochiolitis is a effective medicine. We have not found any side-effect in those treated with usual dosage. It can be used as a normal supplementary treatment. |
