多发性硬化患者血清白细胞介素2和抗白细胞介素2抗体检测及意义

目的 探讨白细胞介素2（IL－2）和抗IL－2抗体测定在多发性硬化（MS）患者病理免疫机制及病程演变中的作用和意义。方法 采用ELISA对48例MS患者（其中发作期31例，缓解期17例）和30名健康人血清IL－2和抗IL－2抗体进行测定，并进行各组间比较分析。结果 MS发作期患者血清IL－2水平和抗IL－2抗体水平升高，至缓解期血清IL－2水平降低至正常水平，而抗IL－2抗体水平依然处于高水平。发作期患者IL－2与抗IL-2抗体水平呈正相关。结论 IL－2和抗IL－2抗体的产生可能与MS的免疫病理过程有关，血清IL－2水平可作为评价MS活动性的辅助指标之一。

Determination of Serum IL-2 and auto-antibody against IL-2 in patients with multiple sclerosis

Objective To determine the serum IL-2 and IL-2 antibody in patients with multiple sclerosis and to explore their role in pathogenesis of the disease. Methods Serum IL-2 and its auto-antibody were determined by ELISA in 48 patients with multiple sclerosis and 30 healthy subjects. Among 48 patients, 31 were in acute attack stage and 17 were in alleviative stage. Results The levels of serum IL-2 and auto-antibody against IL-2 in cases with acute attack stage of multiple sclerosis were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01). When patients entered in alleviative stage after effective treatment, their serum IL-2 decreased to normal level (P<0.01), while IL-2 auto-antibody was still at the high level (P>0.05). It was also observed that there was a close correlation between serum IL-2 and IL-2 auto-antibodies levels in the acute attack stage of the disease (r=0.57, P<0.01). Conclusion Serum IL-2 and IL-2 auto-antibody may be an useful auxiliary laboratory markers for estimating the status of multiple sclerosis.
