益气活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病60例临床研究

目的观察益气活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组。对照组30例予常规西医治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用益气活血方治疗。2组治疗1个月后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、24 h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAE)、内生肌酐清除率(CCr)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率66.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后中医证候积分均改善(P0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。2组治疗后FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c均下降(P0.05),2组治疗后组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。2组治疗后UAE、CCr下降(P0.05),且治疗组下降优于对照组(P0.05)。2组治疗后TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C均改善(P0.05),2组治疗后组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论益气活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切,且能改善血糖、血脂。

Clinical study of Yiqi-huoxue formula on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi-huoxue formula on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods 60 early DN patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in control group were treated by routine western treatment.30 patients in treatment group were treated by Yiqi-huoxue formula on the basis of control group treatment.The curative effect was evaluated one month after treatment in two groups.The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) score,fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1 c),24 h urinary albumin excretion rate (UAE),endogenous creatinine clearance rate (CCr),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group (86.7％) was superior to that in control group (66.7％,P ＜0.05).The TCM score after treatment was improved in two groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P ＜ 0.05).The levels of FPG,2 hPG and HbAlc after treatment were decreased in two groups (P ＜ 0.05,P ＜ 0.01),there was no statistical difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The levels of UAE and CCr after treatment were decreased in two groups (P ＜ 0.01),and the decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P ＞ 0.05).The TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C after treatment were improved in two groups (P ＞ 0.05),there was no statistical difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Yiqi-huoxue formula has exact effect on the treatment of DN,can improve the symptoms.
