腹腔镜胆囊切除术17例报告

本文介绍了经腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术方法和操作器械,提出了手术的适应证与禁忌证。并对17例病人进行了总结,讨论了手术的并发症和存在的问题。我们认为此项手术具有创伤小、痛苦轻、术后恢复快等优点,作为腹部外科的一项新技术是可取的。

Laparascopic Cholecystectomy (Report of 17 Cases )

This paper introduces an operative procedure, equipment and instruments for laparoscoplc cholecystectomy (LC), also the indications and contraindications are presented. Seventeen cases of LC are reported, then the complications and some unsolved problems arc discussed. The authors suggested that the advantages of LC are fewer injuries,little postoperative pain and early return to normal acrivity, so it is useful as a new technique in abdominal surgery.
