两种方法测定C-反应蛋白的评价和比对

目的Beckman．Coulter分析仪和快速法Orion Diagnostica Quick Read分析仪均为速率散射比浊法测定c-反应蛋白（C．reactive protein，CRP）。本文观察二者的可靠性和临床应用以及这两种方法的可比对性。方法分别对两种方法进行精密度评价、回收实验以及溶血、黄疸和脂血的干扰实验，并对二者进行C-反应蛋白测定相关性分析。结果两分析仪批内批间变异系数均小于8％；两分析仪高中低浓度c-反应蛋白回收率分别为95．8％、97．1％和102．1％和94．O％、103．4％和94．3％：受不同浓度溶血干扰结果分别为＋0．2％、＋0．5％、＋1．4％和＋0．3％、＋0．4％、＋1．1％；受脂血干扰＋0．2％、＋1．1％和＋2．4％；快速法则为＋2．2％、＋6．1％和＋9．4％。受黄疸干扰时，＋0．3％、＋2．0％和＋3．1％：快速法则为＋0．6％、＋2．1％和＋5．4％。二者相关系数r=0．909。结论两种分析仪测定c-反应蛋白都很可靠，Beckman—Coulter分析仪优于快速法，适于临床应用；快速法更适合于急诊分析及筛查。

The Comparison and Evaluation of Two Methods of C-Reactive Protein Measurement
