川崎病诊治进展

川崎病的病因及发病机制至今未明.其病因可能与感染、遗传易感及超免疫反应有关,发病机制与免疫反应、细胞因子及炎性介质、血管内皮功能紊乱、血小板活化、易感基因多态性等有关.联合应用丙种球蛋白和阿司匹林是川崎病的首选治疗方案.对于糖皮质激素的使用临床尚有争议,严重冠状动脉病变可采用外科及介入治疗.
