量化健康教育在脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨量化健康教育在脑卒中住院患者健康教育中的效果。方法将200例脑卒中住院患者,随机分为两组,实验组108例患者采用量化健康教育的方法,对照组92例患者采用随机健康教育的方法。结果评价两组患者在出院当天对疾病知识掌握情况,主动咨询相关知识情况,对健康教育满意度,实验组不同文化程度患者相关知识掌握情况进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论量化健康教育不仅加快疾病的恢复,使患者了解有关疾病的很多知识,增强了患者的参与意识,提高了患者自我保健与自我护理能力,防止疾病的复发,而且提高了护理人员在患者心目中的威信,也预防了护理中潜在问题的发生。
