| 摘 要： | 目的探讨神经性厌食症患者治疗前后免疫及甲状腺功能的变化。方法分析23例女性神经性厌食症患者住院治疗前后免疫及甲状腺功能指标的变化。结果病例组在治疗前在T3、T4、IL-2、IL-6、C3、IGM、IGG、IGA的值要低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），TSH的值要高于正常对照组，两组比较差异也有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而经过治疗后与正常对照组相比甲状腺功能各项指标未见统计学差异，但在免疫功能指标方面IL-2、IGG、IGA三项指标仍明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论神经性厌食症患者由于长期严重的营养不良导致明显的免疫功能低下，但甲状腺功能尚处于代偿状态，能满足机体基本的生理需要。在患者营养状况逐步恢复过程中，免疫及甲状腺功能均能不同程度的恢复到正常水平，但不同细胞因子及免疫球蛋白水平的恢复速度是不同的。
