利凡诺与米非司酮联合用于中期妊娠引产114例临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察利凡诺与米非司酮联合用于中期妊娠引产的效果。方法:研究组114例口服米非司酮50mg,12h 1次,总量150mg,24h后经腹向羊膜腔内注入利凡诺50mg。结果:用药1次流产有效率研究组达100%,对照组为92.8%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);研究组平均胎儿娩出时间、平均胎盘娩出时间及总引流产程均短于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);出血量少于对照组,副反应不明显,其发生率为2.6%,明显低于对照组的11.2%。结论:利凡诺与米非司酮联合流产,可减少利凡诺用药量,降低药物对人体的毒性作用,使引流产时间缩短,流产痛减轻,提高引流产的有效率,减少胎盘胎膜残留,降低引流产后出血及感染的发生率。

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the effect of using Rivanol and Mifepristone to treat midtrimester pregnant abortion. Methods; In research group, Mifepristone 50mg was used in 114 patients orally, repeating every 12h and total 150mg. After taking Mifepristone for 24 hours,amoniotic cavity was injected Rivanol 50mg. The patients in control group were given Rivanol only. Results;The effective fate reached 100% in research group using Mifepristone one time. But in the control group, the effective rate was 92. 8 % . There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0. 01). Conclusion; Combined using Rivanol and Mifepristone to the abortion, the dose of Rivanol can be deduced, the toxic effect of the medicine also can be deduced. Also it can shorten the course of abortion, alleviate the pain, improve the success rate, reduce placenta embryolemma remaining, decrease the amount of blood and the occurrence rate of infection.
